Polyethylene is the ingredient that's inside of microbeads which is also tiny pieces of plastic that exfoliates your skin. However scrubbing your skin with this chemical can be harmful for your skin. Exfoliating your skin is also important but you need to remember that your skin is fragile and it can be simply damaged.
Q.2 What makes microbeads so important?
Microbeads are a very important matter because we are using normal face scrubs that have microbeads in them which are tiny little plastic balls that are very toxic. There important because we want everyone on board to ban microbeads and know that they are not good at all. There also really cheap which makes people go for them to save more money. People wonder how they end up in fish. Since they're so small that no fine can actually scoop them up.
Q.3 What good can come from microbeads?
The products with microbeads are surprisingly cheap comparing to other natural scrubs which are good for our environment and that’s why people buy the products that contains microbeads because they’re a lot cheaper. Mirco beads also is a cheap alternative to remove the dirt and the dry skin leaving your skin very soft. You can be able to use it all week comparing to natural products which exfoliates aswell but you can only use it once a week cause it's so good. The good news is some companies have already removed microbeads and replacing them with natural exfoliants which doesn't kill fishes

Some Face scrubs,anti aging products, toothpastes and body washes may contain micro beads
Q.5 If we can use natural scrubs on our faces why do we need to use micro beads?
We don’t need microbeads essentially companies only use microbeads because they are cheap and make more money but they trick people to believe they actually are good. Microbeads are easier for companies then using natural ingredients it's a lot more work for them. The natural exfoliant face washes work so well that you can only use them once a week but the microbeads are so gentle that you can use it all week and it will run out quicker which you will have to buy more of the product.
